Boca Raton farmers markets: which one you mean
There are two, both on a Sunday morning, both nine until one, at addresses four miles apart. One runs all year and one does not. Here is how to tell them apart.

Search for a farmers market in Boca Raton and you will find several names for what look like the same thing. They are not the same thing. There are two markets, they run at the same time on the same day, and they are four miles apart.
If you turn up at the wrong one you will not find the other one still going, because it closes at the same hour.

Boca Green Market is the downtown one and the one most people mean. It is seasonal — the published run is late September to the beginning of May — which is the detail that catches people out in high summer, when it is simply not there.
Boca Farmers Market is at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, the office park locals call BRiC, and it runs year-round. In July it is the one that is open.
Why the names are confusing
"Green market" and "farmers market" are used interchangeably around here, and at least one other venue in town links to the downtown market from its own events page. So a search for one name can land you on a page about the other, or on a venue that hosts neither.
The reliable test is the address, not the name. Fifth Avenue is downtown. Communication Avenue is off Yamato Road, in the north of the city near the railway.
Before you go
Both markets publish their own dates, and a market's season is exactly the kind of thing that shifts by a week or two from year to year. The two links at the bottom of this page are the operators' own sites, which is where the current dates live.
We list markets and other happenings on our events calendar when the organizer publishes dates we can read. If you run a market here and it is not listed, send it to us — a person reads every submission.
Where this comes from
Checked against these on 2026-09-15. Fees, deadlines and portals change — if one of these pages disagrees with this one, the official page is right and we would like to know.
September 2026 — First published.
We record when a guide was published and when it was last revised. We do not yet record what changed, so this is a dating record rather than a changelog.
Written and checked by a person, and carrying the month they were published and the month they were last revised. Where a rule or a fee applies we link the official source rather than quoting a number that will go stale.
A fee that has changed, a link that has moved, an answer that is no longer right — tell us and we will check it and say we did.
