Paying your Boca Raton water bill
The city runs its own utility billing on its own portal. Where to pay, what it takes, and how to be certain you are on the real site.
Water, sewer and stormwater in the City of Boca Raton are billed by the city itself, not by a utility company. There is one account and one portal.
Where to pay
The city's utility account portal is at myubaccount.myboca.us. It takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus e-check and payment from a savings account.
Check the address bar before you type a card number. The portal is on the city's own myboca.us domain. Municipal utility bills attract lookalike payment sites that charge a "convenience fee" and forward your payment late, or not at all. If you arrived from a search result rather than from the city's own site, go back and start at myboca.us.

Call them before a bill goes unpaid rather than after. Payment arrangements are a conversation that goes better in advance, and the people on that number are the ones who can have it.
The service area is not the city limits
This is the part that catches people, and it is worth being precise about.
Boca Raton's Utility Services does not stop at the city line. It serves the city, and it serves parts of unincorporated Palm Beach County as well. Elsewhere in unincorporated county, water comes from Palm Beach County Water Utilities instead.
So there are two separate boundaries here and they do not match. Being outside the city limits does not tell you who bills you for water, and being on city water does not tell you that you are in the city — which matters when the question is permits or police rather than plumbing. If the city portal cannot find your address, you are most likely a Palm Beach County Water Utilities customer. The county publishes a provider lookup for exactly this question, and either utility will tell you over the phone which of them serves a given address.
