The big ones: art shows, street festivals, drink festivals and the outdoor events that take over Mizner Park Amphitheater or close a block of downtown for a weekend.
Boca Raton’s festival season runs cold-weather-first. From late autumn through spring, Sanborn Square and Mizner Park carry fine art shows and outdoor markets most months; the summer is quieter and moves indoors or to the water. Parking downtown is free in the Mizner Park garages and fills early on a festival Saturday.
Festivals are announced further ahead than anything else we list, so this page is usually the most forward-looking view of the calendar. Where an event runs across several days, each day appears with its own hours.
